OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Toastyride ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
1.1 Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
1.2 Shipping Time: After processing, standard delivery takes 1-2 business days OR 3-5 business days depending on your location within the US and our fulfillment center.
1.3 Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, severe weather, or US federal holidays.
1.4 You agree NOT to open a payment dispute or chargeback if your order is still within the 7 business day delivery window stated above. Most orders arrive in 2-4 business days total.
SECTION 2 - PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 All orders must be paid in full before processing.
2.2 We accept major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal through our secure checkout.
2.3 We do NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD), checks, bank transfers, or any pay-later options.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order for any reason.
3.2 Order cancellations are only possible before the order is processed. Processing begins within 24 hours of payment. Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled as they are immediately sent to our US fulfillment center.
3.3 If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
SECTION 4 - PRODUCT INFORMATION
4.1 We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product color.
4.2 If you receive a product that is significantly different from its description, please refer to our Refund Policy for resolution.
SECTION 5 - RETURNS, REFUNDS & DISPUTES
5.1 All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
5.2 For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos via WhatsApp or Email.
5.3 Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank BEFORE contacting us and allowing us to resolve the issue will result in order cancellation and you may be blacklisted from future purchases.
SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 We are a retailer and not the manufacturer of the products sold.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the purchase price you paid.
6.3 We are not liable for any indirect damages, or for loss/damage caused by product misuse. We are also not liable for packages lost by USPS after they are marked as "delivered".
