7-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:

1. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return:

To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp: +1 302 5602984 or email us at support@toastyride.com with your order number and reason for return. 


Return Shipping:

1. If the return is due to our error - wrong/damaged item, we will pay for return shipping.

2. If you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. 

3. Return address will be shared after your return request is approved. Please do not send items back without approval.


Damaged or Wrong Items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund.

 

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bank processing may take additional time.
