WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
SHIPPING TIME & COST
We offer FREE Standard Shipping to all US addresses.
After processing, estimated delivery time is:
- 1-2 business days for orders shipped from East Coast warehouse
- 3-5 business days for orders shipped from West Coast warehouse
Most customers receive their orders within 2-4 business days total.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to USPS, severe weather, or federal holidays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a USPS tracking number via email within 24 hours after your order ships.
You can track your package directly on USPS.com. Please allow 12-24 hours for tracking to activate.
DELAYS & FEES
All products ship from our US-based fulfillment centers. There are NO customs fees, import duties, or international delays for US customers.
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or federal holidays.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
1. If USPS tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS.
2. If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
3. If your tracking hasn't updated for 5+ days, contact us immediately and we'll file an inquiry with USPS.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes are not possible once an order has been processed.
